I placed an order with Doxy lingerie on April 7th. I asked for two day shipping because I was hoping to have my order by April 15th. Not only did they charge my credit card THAT VERY DAY for all the merchandise, but they also did not return any of my phone call or emails. The only way that I could get them to respond was to have my credit card company do a chargeback. After I called my credit card company, then half of my order was sent, that was May 16th, more than a month after I placed my order.
Doxy contacted me to make payment after they shipped half of my order. They said that if I did not pay immediately, that they would send my account to collections and post that I stole merchandise. This is a shady business. Do not buy anything from them AT ALL!
