Same thing happened to me!! I was charged the same day, paid extra to have it rush ordered. Right after I made my order, the website took me to a screen that said as soon as the merchandise is in stock it will be sent to me. Why wasn't I told before they had my credit card info. it wasn't in stock? It's been two months, and I want to cancel my order. They don't return my phone calls or emails. However, I get an occasional email stating the merchandise is not in stock. I wonder if they are trying to work some weird legal loophole by telling me it's not in stock.
